Visiting Hours (suggested) 09 AM to 9:00 PM.

Charlie is in on the southwest fourth floor.  You must sign in at the main entrance visitor reception and pick up a visitor nametag.  Turn to the left past the reception desk and follow the hallway to the end. Turn left and take the elevator to the fourth floor.  Turn right and through the double doors.  His room is about half way down on the right before the nurses' station.

Charlie has therapy and activities throughout the day which take priority over visitors so you may be asked to find something else to do during that time..

From all directions:

• Pick up Interstate 93 (North from Concord, South from Tilton).  Take exit 17 (Penacook).  Turn right on Route 4 and head toward Boscawen.  Stay on Route 3A North when Route 4 veers to the left.  The nursing home is just a few miles on the left.
